Though the end of the year is just around the corner, the world of Boxing is doing anything but slowing down. A jam-packed October will leave us craving more action, which the months of November through January seem promising to deliver. Paul vs Silva, Oct. 29

One thing is true regardless of your feelings about Jake Paul entering the world of boxing. When Jake Paul is in the ring, people watch. It doesn’t matter if they are watching to see him knock someone out or to get knocked out. People are watching, paying attention, and excited to see Paul take on his most challenging task to date, taking on the former UFC Middleweight Champion and 3-1 boxer Anderson Silva. 

Paul was set to fight Hasim Rahman Jr. in early August; however, that match was canceled. The fight would’ve been Paul’s first fight against a boxer who didn’t make their debut against him. Paul now turns his attention to the 47-year-old Silva will be ready to give Jake Paul the toughest match of his career. 

Dmitry Bivol vs Gilberto Ramirez, Nov 5

Dmitry Bivol shocked the boxing world after beating Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez unanimously. The now 20-0 Bivol looks onward to Gilberto Ramirez, his first opponent as WBA Light Heavyweight Super Champion. 

Now before you go rushing to lock in your boxing picks tonight, you should keep in mind that Ramirez is coming in looking to not only take the championship but also to keep his perfect record, as he currently sits at a very impressive 44-0 with a 68.18% KO rate. 

Don’t let the numbers fool you Bivol also hits hard, having a 55% KO rate though he hasn’t found one since march of 2018. All boxing fans should be absolutely stoked for this match-up as it guarantees an exciting evening. 

Juan Francisco Estrada vs Roman Gonzalez, Dec 3

Juan Francisco Estrada looks to defend his WBC Franchise Super Flyweight Champion title in early December against Roman Gonzalez. The Franchise Champion comes in with a 43-3 record with an impressive 65% KO rate. This rematch will be Estrada’s first defense of his title, which he has been holding onto for over a year and a half. 

Waiting for his shot at the title is Roman ‘Chocolatito’ Gonzalez. The 35-year-old is coming in with a staggering 51-3 record and a jaw-dropping 80% KO rate. He holds the number one ranking in the WBA and WBC for the super flyweights and hopes to do quick work of Estrada. 

Though the numbers may seem to indicate that Gonzalez can, it should be remembered he that’s what people were saying the last time the two faced off in march of 2021, in which Estrada won via split decision. 

Jermell Charlo vs Tim Tszyu, Jan 28

Jermell Charlo looks to defend four of his Champion titles. Charlo currently holds a whopping five championships in two weight classes and looks to defend his WBC World Super Welterweight Champion, WBO World Junior Middleweight Champion, IBF World Junior Middleweight, and WBA Super World Super Welterweight Champion belts in early 2023. 

Charlo welcomes the 21-0 Australian Tim Tszyu inside the ring as the two faces off in a match with such high stakes that the excitement and anticipation become painful.

Tszyu enters with 15 KOs and a 71% KO rate. While the defending Champ enters with 19 of his own, marking him at a 54% KO rate. Charlo also joins with the lone loss and draw between the pair. 

Don’t let the numbers fool you when looking at your boxing predictions tonight. Charlo has all the belts for a reason and is a darn good boxer in his own right. Though the wait may seem long, it’s reassuring to know that by the time the match rolls around, we will have plenty of exciting new matchups to be excited for.
