Pape Dawson as the civil engineering san antonio tx and Austin took on the civil engineering responsibilities for a condominium project that covered 12 acres in Austin.
We were, in charge of managing the paving, grading, drainage, utility infrastructure and pedestrian and traffic control. Since the condominium is close to South Congress Avenue we had to coordinate with the City of Austin and TxDOT for improvements within the right of way.
